The showroom on Clarges Street, in the heart of Mayfair, London, presents the full Porsche range with new models, test drive demonstrators and second-hand cars. It is also the only Porsche Centre in the UK to feature a Porsche Design shop.
Lighting design studio, Studio Fractal created a state-of the-art lighting installation for this flagship store, overcoming several design challenges along the way. The final design needed to form a cohesive night-time appearance in tune with the rest of the Clarges development. It also needed to meet Porsche’s design guidelines to deliver an atmospheric and sophisticated customer experience, ensuring that the true colours of the high-value cars are always accurately displayed.
We provided custom-built luminaires, based on our Architape Pro 100 LED white and tuneable white tapes to deliver a carefully balanced mix of amenity and accent lighting across the showroom, retail, and café areas.
